1. What payment methods do you accept?

Our clients can make the payment either through bKash, Nagad, Rocket or they can opt for Cash on Delivery.

2. How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After the order is placed on our website, our customers will be receiving a confirmation SMS/Email or a call from our respective team, along with their order details and order number.

3. Is my payment information secure?

All payments are carried out through a payment secure gateway.

4. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Unstitched products ship out between 12-24 hours, and take 48-72 to be delivered, depending on your locality within and outside Dhaka. Stitched products require extra processing time which is available below their respective descriptions on their respective pages.

5. How can I cancel my order?

You may reach out to our team on call, whatsapp, or any of our official social media channels to cancel your order. Please note that the order can only be cancelled if it is not processed by our team.

6. How can I make changes to my order?

You may reach out to our team on call, or any of our official social media channels to discuss any changes you’d like to make to your order. Depending on the order type, and the time lapsed, changes to certain orders may not apply.
